What we collect

When you submit our enquiry form we collect your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, business name, the service you're interested in, your budget range, and the message you write.

We do not collect payment information through this website.

Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver the work you've asked for. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list without asking.

Who we share it with

Your enquiry is delivered to us by email through Resend, our email provider. Our website is hosted by Vercel. Both process data on our behalf under their own security commitments.

We do not share your information with anyone else unless we're legally required to.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't become projects are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as we're working together, and for five years afterwards to meet tax and record-keeping obligations.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If analytics are enabled, they are configured to collect aggregate visit data only, without identifying individual visitors.

Your rights

Under POPIA you may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You may also object to how we're using it.

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@eaziflow.co.za. We'll respond within a reasonable period.

If you're not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, form submissions are validated and rate-limited, and access to enquiry data is restricted to people who need it to do the work.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date below reflects the most recent change.
