Build fee is once-off, 50% deposit to start. Care plan covers hosting, SSL, backups, security updates and content changes — cancel any time with 30 days notice.
Changes outside the agreed scope are billed at R 550 per hour, quoted and approved before any work starts.

- Do I own the website?
- Yes. Once the build fee is settled the site is yours — code, content and domain. If you ever leave, we hand it over.
- What if I need something outside these packages?
- Booking systems, online ordering and custom dashboards are quoted separately. Tell us what you need and we'll price it properly.
- How long does a build take?
- Starter is usually two weeks, Business three to four, Premium four to six. The main variable is how quickly content comes back from you.
